A candle burns itself completely to give us light. Everything in nature is made to serve. Only human beings are given the option to be selfish. So we can feel proud and believe we have some value, if we actually do serve. Some people, when they serve, become famous by putting their pictures in the newspapers. How can every act of your life be of service? It’s simple. Know that you are not the doer. The act is not important. What matters is your mindset behind the act. For example, I sometimes see seven movies a week. Some of my most inspirational thoughts come from movies; so you see, watching movies is a form of service.
