Question: What is the proper attitude for an employee to have toward an employer?
Answer: Gratefulness. They are employing people. They are giving you the opportunity to serve and are taking care of your welfare by giving you a salary. You need that employer. If you were not there the employer would still have a business, but you would not have a job. So employees should always be grateful to their employers and honestly fulfill the duties they have been given.
Don’t always think about how much employers are giving you; think about how much you should give. Give all that you can. If you honestly do that, you will melt their hearts. Even the hard-hearted employer will give you everything that you need, probably even more than you need. You will have won the employer, not just the salary.
