Their fighting spirits emerge when people are on their death bed and want to live. We appreciate our human births and want to survive. Yet when everything is normal in our lives, we take life for granted. Our fighting spirit is sleeping. The true value of every second comes when we maximize every second. The food we eat, our work, recreation, sports, and spirituality, all become so much fun that, when each session is over we should feel we did not maximize it. It is similar to a 90-minutes massage. When it is over, we wish we could get a few minutes extra. When our time of practicing silence is over, we would love to have more free time for it. Even after a 9-to-5 job is done, we wish it would not end. Every aspect should have so much value that the fighting spirit to live is evident even when you are healthy, fit, and fine. — Satish Daryanani
