We use the term hair-raising to emphasize or dramatize a situation. Our hair does rise when we get emotional about something. I have so much hair that it only rises when I am very cold. In the “Archie” comics, the hair on entire head rises when a kiss takes place. If, out of the blue, my spiritual Masters who have left their bodies show up, all the hair I have on my body will rise. Someone asked me, “Can we have no weaknesses.”? If we are perfect then we are no longer human. We will have no emotions and our hair will never stand on its end.
