My father’s birthday is today, June 30th. He was a content person, a man of honor, spiritual, punctual, and loved to eat and travel. The bar was raised high for me. Later, I saw my spiritual Masters as my fathers and now, the bar was raised even higher—to infinite heights. I, sometimes, gave up trying to measure up to them. We pray to, “Our Father who art in Heaven.” If we truly believe that then we should try to implement the qualities of our true Father. We, the children, should try to first surpass the qualities of our physical fathers and, then, move up the ladder, slowly getting closer and closer to the qualities of the Father of all. — Satish Daryanani
