My spiritual Masters started organizations and depend on volunteers in various departments. Most of the volunteers are not professionals trained in the tasks they have to perform. You cannot even fire them, as they are not paid. I give credit to the Masters for using all the misfits to get the job done. I know, as I was one of them. God has 8 billion misfits to make this world run. If He wanted perfection, He would have created 8 billion robots and there would be no complaints or chaos. Instead, He took on the challenge to deal with us. So if we feel that we are surrounded by misfits, keep in mind it is for us to build up our patience in order to deal with them.— Satish Daryanani
