Don’t meditate. Why do you  do meditation, to experience the presence of God. When the God comes, if you are going to be frightened. Look for a guest, make all arrangements for them to come. When they walk to your door, you slam the door. Adam, sounds familiar? That’s a secret between. Okay? That’s what.

It’s only again a matter of knowing. “What will happen when I meditate?” Not only the presence. Sometimes you may feel that you are dying. You may feel that you are losing your body. It’s natural.

But even if you don’t know all those things, don’t worry. “I am in good hands. Whatever happens let it happen. That’s why I don’t know where I am going. What will happen, I don’t know. Be next to me and protect me. Take me in the right path. Whatever happens, give me the courage to take it, accept it.” That’s why every spiritual seeker is supposed to bring the presence of his or her preceptor, the teacher, first. “Guide me, protect me and give me the strength.”
