When people have brothers or sisters, appreciation of them only grows when they are far from them. As siblings grow, their personalities grow and they may drift apart from each other. Yet the bond that is formed in their childhood is forever. There are kids who have no siblings—no one to fight with, to argue with, or to share with. There are pluses and minuses. Siblings teach us that there is more to life than just the individual. They push our buttons and help us deal with other people in our lives. Our souls sometimes choose our siblings, so that we can have someone to depend upon. Our successes and failures are shared with our siblings. If one sibling goes on the spiritual path and experiences the wonders within, he or she can easily inspire their siblings who can see the changes in them. — Satish Daryanani
