Watching old historic movies about the World War 2, the Cold War, the Vietnam War, and other wars, you realize their purpose. Enemies become friends and all the sacrifices made were for nothing. Then a thought came to me, “What are you doing all this for? One day your life, too, will become an old movie. People will have passed away and left everything behind. All the sacrifices they made were for nothing.” It is easy to see foolishness when we are in the present and looking at the past, as we know the results. We take on so much pressure, as we do not know the final results. It is like watching a championship game without knowing in advance who won. We will all watch the movie of our lives and realize too late that everything was for nothing. — Satish Daryanani
